It was a nice warm evening here in Santa Barbara so we joined some friends for a glass or two of wine at Pali and AVA Wineries which just happens to be located in our Funk Zone Lofts project. We were able to sit outside and watch people walk and bike past on their way to meeting their own friends to enjoy the evening like we were. It was a great feeling to know we were part of the genesis for the change in this incredibly diverse area of Santa Barbara, a town known for its particular style is loosening up and having some fun in the funk zone. You can experience Art and Architecture ranging from traditional to contemporary. I hope you’ve had a chance to visit and sample a glass and enjoy the Funk Zone Architecture and Art!
